via Sen. Rand Paul launches campaign to end the TSA, privatize airport security.

This article states that President Obama has officially ended “The War on Terror”! This is news to me. I think it is fantastic if that is in fact the case and it is true but I can’t see this happening. This sounds like retaliation by Sen. Rand Paul as a result of his recent incident with TSA at the airport. We knew he wasn’t going to let that one go without some sort of action on his part. It was all just find and acceptable until in happened to him personally. After that, all bets were off! The continuing and never ending saga known by the American public as “The War on Terror” enables The Powers that Be to easily and repeatedly orchestrate propagandized stunts such as the recent FBI fake plot to blow up a bridge in Ohio. This was nothing more than the continuing effort and attempt to keep American citizens scared and afraid of a boogeyman that doesn’t exist in reality.  Other examples of these tactics are, The Underwear Bomber, The Christmas Bomber and so on. This way, when the time comes and our government selects a new victim to target in the “War on Terror”, we are more likely to get behind and rally our Congress to “Go Get ‘Em”.  At the same time we are far more willing to relinquish our Civil Liberties and allow our Constitutional Rights to violated and in many cases, completely ignored all together! There has not been a ligament terrorist attack on the US since 9/11. Or before depending on where you stand on the whole 9/11 issue.

(NaturalNews) For several years now, air travelers flying in and out of American airports have been forced to endure increasing amounts of unconstitutional abuse, harassment, and embarrassment at the hands of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA). And Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.), son of presidential candidate and Texas Representative Ron Paul, wants to reverse this horrific descent into tyranny by putting an immediate end to the agency, having recently launched a campaign to End the TSA.

Sen. Paul’s End the TSA initiative is the first major effort to date to eliminate an agency whose entire existence is based on one of the biggest government scams in American history, the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Created as part of former President George W. Bush’s obscene Patriot Act, which effectively discarded Americans’ constitutional rights in the name of fighting terrorism, the TSA has ironically evolved into one of the most threatening terrorist organizations on American soil today.

As reported by Paul Joseph Watson over at, Sen. Paul recently sent an announcement about his End the TSA bill via the Campaign for Liberty mailing list. And with this announcement, he included a petition link for liberty advocates to express support for the bill, which you can access here:

“The American people shouldn’t be subjected to harassment, groping, and other public humiliation simply to board an airplane,” wrote Sen. Paul in a recent statement. “It’s time to END the TSA and get the government’s hands back to only stealing our wallets instead of groping toddlers and grandmothers.”

Among TSA’s many abhorrent violations of personal liberty over the years are the following extreme cases, all of which occurred just in 2011:

*A TSA screener at Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, La., conducted an “intense” full-body pat down on a six year old girl, which caused her to cry. The young girl was forced to spread her arms and legs while the TSA screener sexually assaulted her by touching her “sensitive areas” (

*TSA screeners at Detroit Metro Airport in Michigan ignored a bladder cancer survivor’s warning that he was wearing a colostomy bag. TSA screeners carelessly broke the bag, which forced the retired special education teacher to board the plane crying and covered in his own urine (

*A TSA screener at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York subjected an 85-year-old woman to a strip search after she indicated she could not go through the naked body scanner because of her defibrillator. The strip search resulted in the woman getting a painful gash on her leg that left her bleeding (

These are just a few of the many, many cases of outrageous abuse against innocent American travelers, in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures without a warrant or probable cause (

The time is NOW to End the TSA

With the so-called “War on Terror” having officially ended, according to a recent Obama Administration announcement (, there is no better time to officially end the federal government’s war on terror against the American people via TSA and the Department of Homeland Security.

TSA Tacitly Admits $1 Billion Dollar Body Scanner System Is Critically Flawed

Federal agency savaged for weak response to viral video

Paul Joseph Watson

The Transportation Security Administration has tacitly admitted that the critical flaws brought to light in a viral You Tube video yesterday which exposed how airport body scanners could easily be beaten are accurate, rendering the entire $1 billion dollar program virtually worthless.

Engineer Jon Corbett of the popular blog TSA Out of Our Pants! posted a video yesterday that demonstrates how the TSA’s radiation firing body scanners can easily be bypassed. The clip has already received over 700,000 views.

The video shows Corbett carrying a metal case through the scanner, away from his body in his side pocket. Corbett explains that because metallic objects appear as black on the image the scanners produce, the machines do not pick up such objects if they are obscured by the background, which is also black.

The video went viral and despite You Tube slapping an age-restricted censor on the clip, the story was picked up by dozens of major news outlets, forcing the TSA to respond.

On the TSA’s official blog, the agency attempts to discredit Corbett by describing him as “some guy” who launched a “crude attempt to allegedly show how to circumvent TSA screening procedures.”

However, nowhere in the response does the TSA actually address or attempt to disprove Corbett’s demonstration that the body scanner can be easily fooled.

In labeling Corbett’s successful effort to evade the body scanner as “crude,” the TSA has inadvertently admitted that its $1 billion dollar body scanner system can be defeated by “crude” methods.

Body scanners are “one layer of our 20 layers of security,” the blog states, before adding, “our nation’s aviation system is much safer now with the deployment of 600 imaging technology units at 140 airports.”

Obviously, it is not safer if these 600 units can all be rendered useless merely by placing an object inside a pocket sown on to the side of a shirt.
